Property search is not yet live on this website. Internet Data Exchange has not been connected. When an IDX feed is added, the exact attribution, copyright and disclaimer language required by the participating multiple listing service will be published here and within the search experience, in the form the MLS requires. This page is a placeholder for that language and will be completed with the broker and the approved IDX provider before search goes live.
What IDX is
Internet Data Exchange is the arrangement through which brokers who participate in a multiple listing service permit each other to display one another’s listings online. When property search is enabled on this website, most of the listings shown will belong to other brokerages and will be displayed under the MLS’s IDX rules.
Broker participation
Any IDX display on this website is provided through RE/MAX Realty 9, the participating broker. Karen McPartlin is a licensed New Jersey real estate salesperson affiliated with RE/MAX Realty 9.
Accuracy and currency
Listing information is provided by the multiple listing service and by listing brokers, is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate, and is subject to prior sale, change or withdrawal without notice. Data is refreshed periodically and may not reflect the current status of a property. Neither RE/MAX Realty 9 nor Karen McPartlin independently verifies listing data supplied by third parties. Measurements, taxes, association fees, zoning, permitted use, flood designation and school assignment should be independently verified.
Permitted use
Listing information displayed on this site is provided exclusively for consumers’ personal, non-commercial use and may not be used for any purpose other than to identify prospective properties consumers may be interested in purchasing.
