Why this page is empty
Plenty of real estate websites open with a wall of glowing five-star quotes, no last names, no towns, and no way to check any of them. Some of those are real. Many are not.
This site is new. Karen has three decades of clients, but she has not yet gone back and asked them for written permission to republish their words, and until she does, this page stays honest. When reviews appear here they will carry a first name, a town, and the year — and they will be here because the client approved the exact text.
What you can do instead: call her and ask a hard, specific question about your own situation. You will learn more in ten minutes than a testimonial page could tell you.

None of this is a review. All of it is checkable, which is the more useful standard.
Her licence
Karen has held a New Jersey real estate licence since 1996. Licence status can be verified with the New Jersey Real Estate Commission, which is part of the Department of Banking and Insurance.

Because this site is new and Karen has not yet collected written permission from past clients to republish their words here. Rather than fill the space with stock quotes or unattributed praise, the page stays honest until there is something real to put on it. Reviews will appear here with the client’s first name and the town, only after they have approved the text.
Her RE/MAX agent profile and her RE/MAX Realty 9 profile are both public. Her New Jersey licence status can be verified directly with the New Jersey Real Estate Commission. And the fastest check of all is a phone call — ask her something specific about your street or your price and judge the answer.
After closing, yes — once, and it is entirely optional. Karen will ask whether you are willing to write something and whether she may use it on this site. If you say no, nothing happens, and it changes nothing about the service you already received.
Ask her. With their permission, she can connect you with past clients whose situation resembled yours — a first purchase, a downsize, a co-op in one of the villages. A real phone call with someone who has been through it is worth more than a page of five-star quotes.
