Submitting an infringement notice

If you believe content on this website infringes a copyright you own or control, please send a written notice containing all of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it — ideally the full page address.
  4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.

What happens next

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice including your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, your contact details, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the district in which you reside (or, if outside the United States, any district in which we may be found).
